Teachout Security Services now offers on-line employee profile assessment testing known as TraitSet. TraitSet is designed from the ground up. Rather than a general assessment attempting to determine everything about an individual, TraitSet develops assessments that measuring a variety of traits critical to your business.
The tests are taken online with the results instantly emailed to the designated recipient. The results also include additional questions that may be asked of the applicant based on his or her answers to questions from the test thus offering additional insight into each applicants personality.
